Visitor Centre reopening
The Visitor Centre and new trail within the enclosure are set to reopen this Monday 28th February. We will be open 9am to 5pm on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with the Reserve being closed Thursday to Saturday. The Visitor Centre will also close at lunchtime between 1pm and 2pm.

Storm Barra
Please note that during the orange and yellow weather warnings, the Raven Nature Reserve and Wexford Wildfowl Reserve and surroundings are closed to the public.
IT works
Just to let everyone know that during our IT migration from Friday 12th November to Monday 15th November, staff will be uncontactable by phone and email. All landline numbers will be changed during this period and we will publish the main Visitor Centre number once it is in operation.
Pumphouse Hide
The Pumphouse Hide has now been closed for safety reasons. The Pat Walsh hide remains open to the public every day from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Email problems fixed!
Email has now been fixed. We are currently experiencing difficulties with our wwreducation@npws.gov.ie email and are not receiving any messages. If you need to contact the Reserve please call the main telephone number. Thank you.
Summer worksheet
Under the Activities menu at the top of the page you'll find a new downloadable sheet for the children. Print it out, fold it down and carry it with you wherever you go in Ireland this summer.
The Bird Hides are now open
The Pat Walsh and Pumphouse bird hides at the Wexford Wildfowl reserve have re-opened (in line with Government national guidance). The bird hides are now open from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Wear a face mask One person at a time within hide Wipe down surfaces and touch points before and after use, use hand sanitiser (please bring your own supplies, as supplies in the bird hide cannot be guaranteed) Use of the bird hide is at your own risk
